Ms. Rosa Belle Taylor Smith, 70, of Barnwell, SC entered eternal rest on, Sunday, August 15, 2021.
She leaves to cherish her memories, husband: Ned Calvin Smith; daughter: Jentifer Berna Smith; siblings: Julius Taylor, Jr., Janie Taylor, Beaulah Coaxum, Rose Taylor James (Raynard James, Sr.), Patricia Taylor; god daughters: Shawntia Ravenell and Kandeia Allen; god sons: Pierre Allen and Demetrix Allen. She was preceded in death by her parents the late Rosa Etta Wilson Taylor and David Drayton and Julius Taylor, Sr.
She was a retired Classified Case Worker with Allendale Correctional Institution.
