Mr. Robert Smalls, Jr., 68, of Charleston, SC, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, December 10, 2024.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Lillian N. Smalls; children: Robyn A. Smalls (Rashaud), Shamicqua L. Burney, Robert Smalls, III (Kenyarda), Raven Ebony Nesbitt Smalls and Jazlin Smalls; grandchildren: Briana T. Brooks (Baby Bree), Iyana J. Fields (Yanas), Jada J. Smalls (Jada Boo), Lynden Robert Smalls-Allen (Lynny), Lucas Smalls-Allen (Lukey Duke), Li Brian K. Mayfield, Jr. (Ly), Desiare Harris-Day (Dezi), Lily Smalls-Allen (Lily Bug), Legend A. Bolden, Lennox E. Bolden, Robert Smalls, V (Lil Man) and Lexington D. Bolden (Lexy); siblings: Penzola Younginer, Thomaseen Hamilton, Thomas P. Williams, Albertina Holley; sisters-in-law: Bernice N. Ruthledge, Sylvia N. Askew, Christine W. Williams and Phyllis Singleton (Roy); brothers-in-law: Robert L. Nesbitt, Ronald Hamilton and Richard Nesbitt, and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Roberts Smalls, Sr. and Rosabelle F. Williams; son, Mark A. Smalls; mother and father-in law: Isaac L and Ruth Mae Deas Nesbitt; and brother-in-law, Isaac L. Nesbitt.

Mr. Smalls was a Foster Parent and retired Maintenance Technician.
