Mr. Robert E. Lee, 70, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

The family of Mr. Lee will celebrate his life with a service on Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Baptist Church - 790 Meeting St., Charleston, SC. The Interment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Beaufort National Cemetery in Beaufort, SC. There will be a public Walk-Through Viewing on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Smith-McNeal Funeral Home - 2119 Dorchester Road, N. Charleston, SC.

Mr. Lee was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Charles and Mrs. Julie Lee and daughter, Ms. Ayshia Lee-Hamilton and sister, Ms. Danielle Harding.

Mr. Lee is survived by his wife: Bertha North Lee; children: Andre' Lee, Tramel Lee, Brielle Lee and Barson Lee (Sharon); son-in-law, John Hamilton, III; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; siblings: Rufus Ravenel, Charles Lee, Jerome Lee, Edward Lee, Deborah Major and Laverne Freeman; and a host of other relatives and friends.
