Mrs. Alston is the beloved wife of Rev. William Hence Alston, the mother of Mrs. Anita Renee Alston Gore (Frederick), Mrs. Jewel Alston Coan (Jeffrey), Mrs. Selena Jackson (Collin) and Maj. Willette Alston Williams (Joseph), the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arthur, Sr., and Carrie Green Randolph, the sister of Ms. Audrey Lucas, Ms. Rether Brown, and Mr. Calvin Randolph (Rosemary), the cousin of Ret. Elder John Randolph (Ethel), the niece of Ms. Janie Wineglass, Ms. Carrie Green and Mr. William Green (Marie), the sister-in-law of Ms. Martha Alston, Ms. Annamae Randolph and Ms. Marie Randolph.
