Mr. Melvin Julian Green, 63, of Awendaw SC, entered eternal rest on Thursday, February 29, 2024. He is survived by his brother: Myron (Robin) Alston; sister: Laura Lee Alston; aunts: Lottie Green and Ruth Green; special cousin: Sadie E. Gather; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother: Geneva Green Alston and siblings: Jeremiah Green and Jeannette Green. You are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 12:00 P.M. at St. James A.M.E. Church, 8004 Highway 17 North - McClellanville, SC 29458. The Interment will follow in the Church's Cemetery.
