Ms. Bailey was preceded in death by her parents: Julian Bailey and Eleanor Hartwell Bailey; and siblings: Jennett Buncham, Saint Julian Bailey, Margaret Ann Means, Raymond Edward Bailey, and Joyce Elizabeth James.
Ms. Bailey worked with the Child Care Staff at Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church.
