Rev. Dr. Levi Howard Wright, 72, of Huger, SC, entered eternal rest on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Janet Wright; children: Levi Wright, II (Daphae), Derrick Richardson (Jenifer), Macklin Wright, Alex K. Simmons, Jr. (Victoria), Chantil Benton (Mike), Krystle Simmons, and Annika Burnett; siblings: James Wright (Sherry), Elsie Sullivan, Mary Else, Erma Jane (James), and Jacque Wright; mother-in-law: Helen Newkirk Richardson; and sisters-in-law: Sandra (Ian), Shelia (Anthony), Barbara (Emmitt), Lavern (Cyrus), Nina (Michael), Yowanda (Ronald), and Felecia; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Curlie D. Wright, Sr., and Ruby Lily-Wright; and siblings: Eva Bradley, Oscar Wright, and Pap Curlie Wright, Jr.
