Mr. Leonard Joseph Johnson of Charleston, SC entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 1, 2025.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children: Carlous Wilder (Debra), Sheldon Ramon Johnson, Bishop Lance Travis Johnson, Sr. (Andrea), Leah Nichelle Johnson and Darryl J. Johnson; grandchildren: Christian Johnson, Lance Johnson, Jr., and D'Jere Johnson; sister, Andrea J. Magwood; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Brown and Gloria Wilder; brother-in-law, John Wilder, Jr.; nieces and nephews: Sonya B. Johnson, Seychelles Johnson, Mahe Johnson, Randall Johnson, Jackie Corley, Beth Corley, Debra Wilder, Dwayne Brown (Fredericka), Tyson Brown, Miles Brown, Latoya Wilder, Darnell Wilder, Cheryl Washington, and Christine Wilder; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Wilder Johnson; parents: Hosea J. and Lillie Bell Johnson; siblings: Louise Waring, Hosea J. Johnson, and Lillie Bell Corley; aunts: Gloria Holmes Green, Marie Mitchell, and Viola Freeman; uncles: Clinton Green, Sr. and Seabrook Mitchell; mother and father-in-law: John Furman and Elizabeth Robinson Wilder.
