He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife: Carolyn Fields; children: Waleik, Kimberley, Christopher and Lakeia Lewis (Adrian); grandchildren: Kamara, Keyshania, Jazmyn, Jayden, Wynter, Sidney, and Saniya; siblings: Percival, Thomas, Herbert, Linda and Samuel; and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Lee Arthur and Anna Fields; and six siblings.
He was a retired Painter Supervisor.
