Mr. Joseph "Billy" Singleton, 79, of N. Charleston, South Carolina entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 11, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife: Patricia Singleton; daughter: Teon Singleton; grandchildren: Mariah Davis, Ashley Davis-Lynn, and Emory Davis; great-grandchildren: Luca and Gianna Lynn; sister: Agnes Ascue and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: George Singleton and Ann Deas Singleton; siblings: Maebel Thompson, Alvin Singleton, George Singleton, Celeste Allen and Helen Ravenel. He was a retired warehouse worker.
