Mr. Joseph Bennett, 84 of Cross, SC, entered eternal rest on July 18, 2024.

Mr. Bennett is survived by his wife: Lily Bennett; sons: Joseph "Tirrell" Bennett, and Dewayne Nesbitt; daughters: Caprice "MIchelle" Bennett, and Jennifer Jenkins (John L); 11 grandchildren; 8 great- grandchildren; siblings: Lawrence Bennett, Willie Bennett Jr., Jerome Bennett (Carla), Benjamin Bennett (Gladys), Dorothy M. Brown, Rebecca Jones, Retha Mae Robinson, Rachel Bennett (Henry), and Thelma Simmons; brothers and sisters-in law: Carla Bennett, Gladys Bennett, Henry Bennett, Barbara Scarborough, Sandra Goodwine, Carolyn Goodwine, Patrice Kinloch, and Henry Knox; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Willie and Isabella Bennett; son: Kevin Brown; father and mother-In-Law: James Goodwine and Ella Knox; and siblings: Wilamae Bennett and Ruth Bennett.
