Ms. Joan S. Judge, 77, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 16, 2020. She leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter: Jeana Nalani Judge; sister: Odessa Smalls Bradford; nephews: Earl Winston Bradford, Jr. (Angela) and Anthony McDonald Bradford (Luthonia); and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Joseph and Wilhelmina Smalls; daughter: Berna Samara Judge; twin grandchildren: Christian Caleb and Cameron Noah.

She was a retired educator from Fraser Elementary of Charleston County School District.
