Mr. James Henry McNeil, Jr., 72, of Mt. Pleasant, SC entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 21, 2025.

Mr. McNeil leaves to cherish his memories his children: Amanda McNeil, Jonathan Gore (Yolanda), Maurice Simmons, and Justin Simmons; grandchildren: Gavin Gore, Laushantrel Johnson, Jashawn Simmons, Tania Simmons, Maurice Simmons, Jr., Jayln Gillard, Jayvion Gillard, and Rachel Simmons; great-grand: Elle Pressley; siblings: Karen McNeil, Sibyl Newell (Randy) and Leonard McNeil (Jackie); aunts, uncles and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his son: Virgil Simmons; parents: James McNeil, Sr. and Ida Marie Moultrie McNeil.

Mr. McNeil was a US Army Veteran.
