Ms. Jacqueline Simmons, 58, of Charleston, SC entered eternal rest on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
She was born on March 21, 1966, in Charleston, South Carolina to her loving parents Lizzie Simmons and the late Richard Simmons Sr.. Jacqueline took her final rest on Wednesday, January 29, 2025 in her home surrounded by family. Jacqueline was a 1986 Burke High School graduate and worked in the food
service industry. Jacqueline was a devoted daughter, and the loving mother of her cat, Tommy Simmons, who has preceded her in death. Jacqueline leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter that will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were blessed to know her. She leaves to cherish her memories; her
mother Mrs. Lizzie Mae Simmons; her loving siblings: Blondell Simmons, Mary Simmons, Herbert Simmons (Malala), and Jessie Simmons-Ladson (Julius), along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Mr. Richard Simmons Sr., her brother Richard Simmons Jr. and sisters Caroline "Kitty" Simmons, and Sally Mae Geathers.
