You are invited to his Celebration of Life Service to be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 - 11:30 a.m. at Union A.M.E. Church - 7213 Highway 17 North - Awendaw, SC 29429. The Interment with Army Military Honors will follow in the Church's Cemetery. A public walk-through viewing will take place on Friday, December 16, 2022 - 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Reverend Bryan McNeal, Sr. Memorial Chapel - 4129 Highway 17 North - Awendaw, SC 29429.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Mr. Philip Thompson, Sr. and Mrs. Victoria Allen; siblings: Rev. Anna Lee Steed, Fred Thompson, Althea Smith, Paul Thompson, Philip Thompson, Jr., Mary Kinloch, Susan Middleton and Isiah Thompson.
He leaves to cherish his memories, a son: Duane Thompson; granddaughter: DeAsia Thompson; brother: Roosevelt "Dennis" Thompson; brothers-in-law: Samuel Middleton and Luther Kinloch and a host of other relatives and friends.
