Ms. Gwendolyn "Mary" Alston, 74, of Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. She leaves to cherish her memories her children: William Alston (Melanie), Michael Tucker, Nichole Alston, and Carlos Alston; grandchildren raised in the home Nairobi Alston and Darrly N. Evans; siblings: Nathaniel K. Tucker Jr. and Virgil Tucker; and a host of relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents: Nathaniel Tucker and Johanna Wilson Tucker; and sister: Linda Tucker. She worked in hospitality.
