Ms. Elenora Evone Jenkins, 70, of McClellanville, SC, entered eternal rest on Thursday, May 19, 2022.
Ms. Jenkins was preceded in death by her son: Demetrius Alston; father: Mr. James Jenkins; brother: Mr. Wilbur Jenkins; and sisters: Ms. Edith Diane Garrett and Ms. Annette Jenkins.
She is survived by her children: Mr. Roger Alston, Minister Thomas Alston, Jr. and Ms. Ramona Alston; adopted daughter: Ms. Aurelia Alston; seven grandchildren; five adopted grandchildren; mother: Mrs. Mary Jane Jenkins; siblings: Mrs. Mary L. Simmons of Awendaw, SC, Reverend Dr. Frederick Jenkins (Diane) of Douglassville, GA, Mr. James H. Jenkins (Edith) of West Germany, Mrs. Hazel Gilliard (Eddie) of Charleston, SC, Mrs. Cassandra Bligen (Alvin Earl) of Charleston, SC, Mrs. Cherren Sandle (Timothy) of Prosperity, SC, Mr. Timothy Jenkins (Cheryl) of Awendaw, SC, Mr. Maurice Jenkins (Janet) of Daniel Island, SC and Mrs. Thomasina Maxwell, adopted sister.
