She is survived by her husband, George E. Scott; children: Janice D. Scott, James E. Scott (Vivianne) and James B. Able (Velvita); grandchildren: Kevin L. Scott, Joshua R. Scott, Jasmine Tribble, James E. Scott, Jr., Janet E. Scott, Jaheima Scott, Josephine D. Mazyck, James R. Able, and Javier K. Able; sisters-in-law: Pastor Willette Scott Ash and Sandra S. Gibson. She was preceded in death by her parents: Willie Lee Wells and Louise Wells Nelson.
