Reverend David Riley, 76, of Charleston, South Carolina entered eternal rest on Saturday, September 21, 2024. The family will have a Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, October 3, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. The Interment with Military Honors will follow at 1:00 P.M. at the Beaufort National Cemetery - 1601 Boundary Street - Beaufort, SC 29902. There will be a Wake Service on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.. All events will occur at St. John's Reformed Episcopal Church - 91 Anson Street - Charleston, SC 29401. The Service will be Live Streamed on the Smith-McNeal Facebook Page. He is survived by his wife: Mary L. Riley; son: Dave (Portia) Riley; grandchildren: Jemini, Priya, and Kohyn Riley; nieces: Maleka (Joshua) Thomasson and Monique Louder (Chris) Cameron; nephews: Cornelius (Tara) Faulk, Stanley Louder, Connell Green, and Benjamin Louder, Jr.; grand-niece: Kimberly Campbell; grand nephews: Corey (Stephanie) Campbell, Jalen, and Jordan Thomasson; sister-in-law: Rosa Faulk; brother-in-law: Benjamin "Benny" (Mary P.) Louder; and a host of other relatives and friends.
