Mrs. Betty Louise Jackson Johnson, 93, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, entered eternal rest on April 13, 2026. She is survived by her children: Jeanette Louise Johnson, Timothy Mario Johnson, and Tywana Patrice Johnson-Tolbert (Robert); grandchildren: Keisha Johnson, Maurice Johnson, Robert Tolbert, Jr. (Jade), Jessica Lynne Tolbert, Tatiana Tolbert, and Makayla Tolbert; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and siblings: Lee Jackson, Sr. (Emma), Edna Brown (Ezra), Ruby Jackson, and Virginia Kindred (John); and sister-inlaw: Sadie Jackson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Johnson, Sr.; son: Eugene Johnson, Jr.; parents: Virgil Jackson, Sr. and Victoria Shiggs Jackson; grandson: Teruko (Trae) Johnson; and siblings: Virgil Jackson, Jr., Rosalie Thomas, Mildred McCall, Grace Williams, Gladys Smith, Bernice Jackson, Charles Jackson, Sr., and Levi Jackson; and brother-in-law: Carvin Johnson, Sr.
