Ms. Betsy Kelly Manigault, 74, of South Santee Community of McClellanville, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Saturday, January 29, 2022. The family will celebrate her life with a Service on Friday, February 4, 2022 - 11:00 A.M. at the Rev. Bryan McNeal, Sr. Memorial Chapel - 4129 Highway 17 N., Awendaw, SC. The Interment will follow at Old Board Cemetery. There will be a Walk-Thru Viewing on Thursday, February 3, 2022 - 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. at the Smith-McNeal Funeral Chapel. She leaves to cherish her memories, her children: Robert Nathaniel Manigault, Jr. (Stephanie) and Pamela Dawn Manigault; grandchildren: Karrington Manigault, Marissa Manigault and Byron Grayson and sister: Saundra Rubbins.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Robert Manigault, Sr. and parents: James and Margaret Kelly.
