Mr. Arthur Phyall, Jr., 91, of McClellanville, SC, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. He leaves to cherish his memories; children: Vincent Atwood (Miriam), Marvel Phyall, Valdivia Phyall, Arthur B. Phyall (Rizalina) and Kevin D. Phyall, Sr. (Tammy), and a host of relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife: the Late Lucile G. Phyall and parents: The late Arthur Phyall, Sr., and Mary Singleton Phyall.

He was retired from both the United States Air Force and the United States Postal Service
