Alice Elaine Bradley Mitchell, 80, of Wando, South Carolina, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, July 24, 2026.

Alice was born to the late Mary Seals Drayton and Roosevelt Bradley. She was reared by her grandparents, the late Thadius and Harriet Seals. She was the devoted wife of the late Deacon Leroy Mitchell Sr. and a church Mother at Holy Rock Community Church.

She was a loving and dedicated mother to COL (Ret) Lentfort Mitchell, Sr. (Cheryl) , Leroy Mitchell, Jr. (Renee), Latanya Ball, Jr. (Gale), and Leslie Mitchell. She was preceded in death by her son, Lamont Mitchell.

Alice is also survived by her sisters, Yvonne Talton and Linda Graham, both of New York, New York. She leaves to cherish her memory her brothers- and sisters-in-law: Bishop Marilyn Porcher (Elder Robert, Jr.), Rosa Ransom (Norman, Sr.), Richardine Wise (Willie, Sr.), Elijah Mitchell, Jr. (Deborah), and Kathie Mitchell.

She was the proud grandmother of 12 grandchildren and the great-grandmother of 3 great-grandchildren.
