Church Cemetery Obituary Raheen Brown was born, November 29, 1978, in Charleston, South Carolina to Georgie Bell Brown and the late Harold Brown. He is the grandson of the late Isaac and Mary Maxwell, Sr. and the late Harry and Lillie Mae Brown. On May 27, 2022, Raheen was called home to rest while at Trident Medical Center in Charleston, SC. Raheen received his education through the public schools of Charleston County. He was a 1998 graduate of Lincoln High School in McClellanville, SC. He was very outgoing and he never met a stranger. Raheen had a huge love for family, friends and the Pittsburgh Steelers. He was employed as a yard truck driver for the States Port Authority. At an early age, Raheen joined Bethel A.M.E. Church. He was a member of Class #11 under the Leadership of Sister Carrie Gibbs and served as a Youth Usher and an Acolyte. Raheen leaves to cherish his loving memories: two beautiful daughters: Treonna Kaleese Brown of Moncks Corner, SC and Taylor Simone McCormick of McClellanville, SC; loving mother: Georgie Bell Maxwell Brown of McClellanville, SC; one sister: Ronata Brown of McClellanville, SC: three brothers: Tyrone Maxwell (Rona) and Marcel Gadson (Nefertari) both of Goose Creek, SC and David Gadson (Sheila) of Summerville, SC; aunts: Rosa Branton (Sam, Sr.) of McClellanville, SC, Kathleen Brown of Georgetown, SC, Alice Porcha of Alexandria, VA and Thomasina Maxwell of McClellanville, SC; uncles: Lewis Maxwell and David Brown (Debra) of Jamestown, SC and Herbert Brown of Brooklyn, NY; godmother: Joyce Brown Taylor of McClellanville, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
