Mrs. Juanita Carol Segar Williams Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Ms. Juanita Carol Segar Williams, 78, of Charleston entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 22, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born to the late Herbert and Mary Evelyn Gordon-Segar, and educated in the public schools of Charleston County and is a graduate of Burke High School. Mrs. Segar-Williams was a Member of Morris Brown AME Church where she was a member of Class #18 (Rev. Kinloch). She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. On October 3, 1963 She was joined in Marriage to the Late Edward Williams; to which one child was born. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents: Herbert and Mary Gordon-Segar; siblings: Herbert Segar Jr, George Segar, and Gloria Cummings. Cherishing fond memories of Juanita are her son: Lamar C. Williams; Daughter In Love: Moneke Williams; grandchildren: Bella Adore Williams, Todd Campbell Jr.; Special Family and Friends: Bernice Allen (Calvin), Barbara Wright (Walter), Wanda Dickerson, Helen Green, Constance Rhyne; Special love Sons: Kevin Henderson, the late Patrick Green; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. A special thank you to Julie Courtwright, Zita Campbell, all the staff at Homestead Hospice and Synergy home health. She was a homemaker.
