Mr. Frank "The Duke" Timmons, Jr., 63, entered eternal rest on Saturday, January 15, 2022. The family will celebrate his life with a Service on Monday, January 24, 2022 - 11:00 A.M. at the Smith-McNeal Funeral Home Chapel - 2119 Dorchester Road, N. Charleston, SC 29405. The Interment will follow at the Buzzard Roost Cemetery in Jacksonboro, SC. There will be a Walk-Thru Viewing on Sunday, January 23, 2022 at the Smith-McNeal Funeral Home - 4:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. MASK REQUIRED of all attendees. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank Timmons, Sr. and Frances Timmons Rich; and brother, Herman Timmons. He leaves to cherish his memories: his life partner of 49 years, Yvonne (Lady) Smith; children: Anita Smith, Aundrea Smith, Franteria Smith, Omar Smith and Joshua Smith; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; siblings: Annette Bennett, Barbara Ann Timmons, Karen Crump, Alberta Timmons and Anthony Timmons; brother-in-law: Curtis Carter; special neices: Tyesh Wright, Ternise Bennett and Diamond Singleton; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Timmons was a Pipefitter with Charleston Water Systems (formerly CPW).
