Interment: Church cemetery. Mrs. Dilligard is survived by her daughters: Ms. Sherry Lumpkin and Ms. Akeisha James; uncle, Mr. Joe Ramsey; sisters-in-law: Mrs. Rosa Gathers (Marvin) and Mrs. Roselyn Dilligard; and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mrs. Dilligard will be on Friday, November 1, 2019 form 3:30 to 7:00 PM at The Rev. Bryan McNeal, Sr. Memorial Chapel, 4129 Highway 17 N., Awendaw, SC 29429. She was a Home Attendant.
