Mrs. Wendy Pinckney Reese

Wendy Maranda Pinckney, was born June 1,1961 in Charleston, South Carolina. The daughter of the late Frank and Cathleen Pinckney of McClellanville South Carolina. She departed this life in her sleep on Tuesday, April 20,2021. Wendy Maranda Pinckney, was a 1979 graduate of Eau Claire High in Columbia, South Carolina. She continued her postsecondary education receiving Associate Degree in Dentistry. Wendy Maranda Pinckney, leaves this world with a score of 99 to 1 but we know she would say, the journey was worth the pressing start. She was an avid caregiver and legal guardian for her twin sisters, Janice and Janet, as well as, her niece Michaela. Whatever she could do for her family she would. Wendy Pinckney Reese, married Marion Reese, Sr. on December 23, 1995 in Decatur, Georgia. Wendy and Marion was a couple that became entrepreneurs together. They created janitorial services for professional and commercial entities through their company, Reese Janitorial Services. They operated in various areas of Atlanta, Georgia. Wendy Pinckney Reese transferred her Christian membership back to her home church of Wesley AME Church on November 15, 2015. She received the Right Hand of Christian Fellowship on April 17, 2016. She was also a member of the Lay Organization. Wendy Pinckney Reese is preceded in death by her loving parents Frank and Cathleen Pinckney and Grandniece Arianna “Ari” Lilly. Pinckney in McClellanville, SC, Janet P. Pinckney in McClellanville, SC, Shawn A. Pinckney in McClellanville, SC, and Char’nette D.U. Pinckney in McClellanville, SC. Nieces~ Kimberly Washington in Atlanta, Ga; Rhonda Manigault (Tyrone, Sr) in Mt. Pleasant, SC, Kelly Green-Lilly in Goose Creek, SC, Candice T. Green in North Charleston, SC, Timeka L. Green in Goose Creek, SC; Michaela Cathleen Pinckney in McClellanville, SC; Madison P. Pinckney in Georgetown, SC; Bentley Pinckney in St. Stephen, SC; and Shawn Ashley Pinckney in Andrews, SC; Grandnieces~ Celine Manigault, Q’nashia C T.
